Seasons Greetings

Hello everyone and thanks for stopping by. It’s a new Challenge at that That’s Crafty this week and it’s all about the big day. For mine I chose a simple project on acrylic.

 

I just love the different substrates in acrylic that That’s Crafty are selling and thought this little candle holder would make a lovely addition to my Christmas makes.

 

I started by stamping my features on the backside of the acrylic on all four sides. The stamps are all from Paper Artsy and can be found in the That’s Crafty Store

And then I painted them with Fresco Acrylic Paint

I added some snow and and some snowflakes

 

Once it was dry I then painted over it all with my background colour which again is the Fresco Acrylic from Paper Artsy

Once it was all dry I applied cosmic shimmer dries clear glue around the edges and base put them in position and held them together for a few minutes and then set it aside to dry.

I think it is a pretty decoration to look at and with a electric candle inside it makes it glow beautifully
