Hello everyone, it’s the beginning of the month and I have a wedding card for you as my inspiration for this months challenge at Country View Crafts, which is Travel.
So my mode of travel is a car, and here’s how I created It.
First I drew a car on my iPad in Procreate
Next I uploaded the image to Cricut design space, where I got It to draw and cut it out onto watercolour paper. I love This feature as it allows you paint any image you have created and cut it out, combining my two loves of traditional and digital.
Snow to add colour,

Once completely dry I created a card and added a silver mount I then added a layer which I gad Painted loosely with sky and ground. I kept It very simple as I wanted the car to be the focus.

I then added the car, I added a little shading with pencil here and there to finish it off. At this point I noticed I had forgot to add headlights so using Gauche I added them. I also Thought some balloons would look good so added them too. To finish I wrote and cut out a sentiment on my Cricut Joy using adhesive vinyl and secured this in place.
Let’s take a last look
