Hi everyone, I’m back with another make for Country View Crafts February challenge.
So lets take a look at how i created this
so I designed these elements in Procreate, sent them to Design space and cut them out. The outline of the jar I cut out 4 more times and stuck them together to add some dimension.
I chose my card and some papers and cut them to size. I then layered them onto my card ready for the die cuts. I stuck down the jar back to the card. I also cut a second back out of acetate so as to have a clear front (hope that makes sense)
I sprinkled some glitter and sequins into the centre of the jar being careful not to get any at the edges. Then added the outer frame which I had also adhered to the clear acetate. To stick the frame down I used thin strips of foam tape to give a little more dimension to allow movement of the sequins.
I used metallic brush pens to add colour to the bow and tags, which looks much prettier than the camera was able to pick up. To finish i added some sentiments from Tim Holtz chit chat stickers.
Let’s take a last look.
Thank you for visiting and I’ll see you soon.
Hugs Debs xx

Wow…your own die-cut jar! The clear acetate for a glass look is a great idea and this card is brilliant! (in more ways than one…)
So lovely Debs, the glitter and sequins look amazing! Take care and have a great weekend, Sue xx
