Hi everyone. Today I’m sharing my inspiration for a new Challenge, Mixed Media World. To celebrate the debut challenge, our leader Ingrid has chosen ‘anything goes’. So pop over to the challenge and see what all my talented teamie’s have in store. And don’t forget we are sponsored by

For my piece I started with a mop up sheet, which I scraped some Media Fluid from DecoArt over and stamped the hearts designed by Sara Nuamann for Paper Artsy.
Building layers with stencils
More layers
The stencils are mostly Dina Wakley.
The words are craft paste through a stencil then silver embossing powder sprinkled over and once the paste is dry heated to melt the powder.
Below you can see that I have added modroc to the page.
The face is Dina Wakley and the sentiment is from Paper Artsy.
I stamped circles to gell the page together
Thanks for stopping by. Come back soon big hugs
Debs xx

Oh Debs I just love how you showed step by step what you did to create your gorgeous piece of art. Absolutely beautiful. I have learned so much from you already and I am so grateful for that. Thanks so much!! I never thought about adding embossing powder sprinkled over the craft paste and then embossing it. That technique is now on my to do list for today. I have never heard of Modroc. I will be checking that out as well. It's great to be on the same DT with you at Mixed Media World. You have created an incredibly beautiful piece of art. Hugs and smilesLaine
